Agile map for volunteering

Companies have a responsibility to understand and help with the problems faced by the communities near their facilities, as it impacts their relationship. Indifference to poverty, educational backwardness, housing conditions and insecurity is an insensitive act and reveals falsehood in the mission and vision of an organization.
Engaging with the community requires a development strategy where various components reflected in a road map interacting with visualize initiatives, times, resources and its order of implementation to limit expectations and establish the approach to be achieved.
The stages of a volunteer route map are shown below:
• Community outreach – the first thing is to establish a contact to learn on the problem and develop alliances with other organizations to design a development plan.
• Diagnosis – understanding social challenges is key; it covers different axes in order to establish indicators that allow knowing the level of lag and serve as a basis for setting goals and input for the development model.
• Development model – the intervention strategy is defined and an action plans reflected are priortized in an initiatives through a communication strategy.
• Volunteer deployment – differnete ways of Implementation to prioritized initiatives are established and the development model is put into practice, an audit model is established that will allow to measure the development of the community.

The road map is a useful tool to transform the quality of life of the community, since it impacts the relations between the organization and society on multiple fronts
